At Refine Pilates Method we will be offering Balance Body Pilates Courses and workshops for those wanting and are instructors, Private and group classes in Pilates, Fitness, Movement and Stretch for those wanting movement training highly influenced by the Pilates Principles. We will be supporting our clients at our Face to face location, online with our livestreaming system and within the community. We will be carrying retail, providing workshops and courses to help support our clients on their journey.

Refine Pilates Method is an innovative 3600 sf. studio where everybody can realize their potential through the amazing benefits of Pilates, Fitness and other mind-body exercise methods deeply rooted in the art and science of movement. We want to forge, nurture strong partnership with our members, staff, and community. This will be achieved with an extensive group class schedule, privates, workshops. school of education, equipment, live streaming videos, pop up events and community partnerships. We want to make sure we have exactly what our clients need to make and continue a healthy change in their lives.
