You must wear a mask to enter the studio, once at the machine or room you are using you will have the option to take it off. Please use bins for your items and take them We operate on a 24-hour cancellation policy on all group and private sessions currently due to COVID 19. Cancellations made after this time will be fully charged.

We know, sometimes things happen, and you might have to cancel. Cancellations may be made on our Wellness Living Achieve App or by email, refinepilatesmethod@gmail.com. We do not implement the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. A doctor note or COVID 19 test will be required for those needing to cancel due to COVID 19 or another medical reason. Please forward your Doctor note to refinepilatesmethod.com for verification and reimbursement.

All Refine Pilates Method clients must be over 16 years of age to attend Reformer Pilates classes unless authorized by management. If under 16 and approved a parent must be present when attending.

Please note, you must sign a full Health waiver/Questionnaire on your first visit to our studio. Please do this online using Wellness Living or make arrangement with our Onboarding Specialist to sign the waiver in person

You must disclose fully to Refine Pilates Method if you have any health conditions and if your health changes during your time at the Studio.

All package purchases have an expiry date and cannot be used once they have expired. This excludes monthly memberships which have a 30-day expiry.

Partially used packages are non-refundable.

Clients can split or share packages with immediate family members.

Packages can be transferred to another family member free of charge. Transfer fee is 5% of total amount or a minimum amount of $10.00, which ever is greater.

Clients can purchase a class for other clients or have a session taken off their existing package.

Clients cannot attend classes if booked under a different name this includes family members. We need to ensure proper COVID 19 tracing can be done of everyone in the studio

Refine Pilates Method reserves the right to change the teacher where emergency cover is required.

Refine Pilates Method reserves the right to change the schedule as needed.

Packages are not sold with a guarantee of a specific teacher taking certain classes.
